Zakres robót obejmuje: projekt wykonawczy oraz realizację poniższych robót: roboty rozbiórkowe, konstrukcyjne, świetliki i klapy dymowe w dachu, montaż bram p.poż., sucha zabudowa GK, montaż stolarki i ślusarki aluminiowej, prace wykończeniowe i malarskie, demontaż istniejącej instalacji sanitarnej i elektrycznej, montaż kanałów wentylacyjnych, instalacja wod-kan., nawadniania, montaż centrali roof-top. Przeniesienie rozdzielnic wentylacyjnych, rozbudowa instalacji DSO i SAP, instalacja oświetleniowa, automatyka BMS i roof-topa, inst.. odgromowa dla nowej centrali. | |
